I have so many positive and exciting things go on lately, and I have to send a million xoxo’s to you as a thank you for continuing to allow me to live out my passion. With continued blessings yields more responsibility, and I realized that I haven’t even shared some of the things that I’m doing in the background outside the Parkway (I promise I’ll be better). I’ve mentioned before that I really find pride in being a woman of substance just as much as a woman of style and success. As a woman, wife, young professional, entrepreneur, small business owner, daughter, sister, friend, mentor etc. I truly believe in offering the universe a full package not just a pretty face. Lately on the blog, you get to see a lot more of my personal style, read up on some of my shopping tips but you may not know that every post reveals another step towards my personal development as a woman. Does that mean that I’ll changed from offering more weighted writings to focus more on style, ABSOLUTELY NOT. In fact, it’s the complete opposite. I’ve been so blessed to have a very diversity audience of women and even men who all visit my site for a variety of different reason. Whether its for some much-needed empowerment, virtual styling inspiration, tips on local hotspots or an event recap they come here to find it all.

The Parkway is a S.T.Y.L.E. Blog which is an acronym that mean “substance transforms your life everyday” (thanks JMR). Yes it will feature the latest fashion trends, yes I feature other butterflies who are going through their own journey of success and lastly it is about my transformation into living a butterfly lifestyle. It should come to no surprise, most people are visual beings, I get it so I’ve taken heed to your suggestions and made a few changes to the ascetics. You will still find snippets of substance and weighted discussion in my posts and others offer a more light conversation between girlfriends. My goal is to practice the philosophies that I preach, and the Parkway is the place I live my luxurious life with style, substance and success. I have a lot of things in store for this old blog as I move it from being a journal to a brand.
